Sn4 Ep10 Shallow Water Paradise

The fish are begging to be caught, so it would be rude not to! The challenge starts as Nathan brings out his fly-fishing gear.

It’s a stunning summer morning in the harbour, and the boys are out of bed early to enjoy some nice shallow water fishing at daybreak. Kahawai, snapper and trevally are keen to be caught and after an intense morning session, Milan and Nathan set out on a challenge for the afternoon. Nathan has been dreaming about catching a kingfish on his flyrod, and Milan is there to help him achieve his goal.

Toolbox

Scott flyrods with Lamson reels are designed for saltwater fly-fishing and knocks over kingies and snapper. This style of fishing would be impossible without the Minn-Kota stealth machine that we love to bits.

Top Catch delivers all the fishing gear, bait and berley you need for a days fishing and the staff in store are all highly skilled anglers themselves, so you will always get exactly the bait, tackle and advice you require.

After a few hard days, we finally had some wicked fishing. Watch it in our coming Season 5 on NZ TV3 from Aug '16 or AU 7mate probably from Nov '16. Cheers!
